The Patricia L. and Wendell W. Maltby Foundation


Bearing our founders' names, The Patricia L. and Wendell W. Maltby Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Minnesota. Founded in October 1999, its sole purpose is to operate The Science Center at Maltby Nature Preserve as a wildlife sanctuary and science education facility. Our founders' vision was to share this land which they had acquired over the years, with the children, families and communities of southeastern Minnesota. For more than five years, the development of The Science Center at Maltby Nature Preserve has been a labor of love and commitment for Pat and Wendell.
